Tuition
- Yearly
student tuition is based on nine monthly payments for 32 lessons
in the year. Monthly number of classes
varies. Please see schedule for dates.
- Recital costume costs are included in the monthly tuition. (exception: production costumes). The student/parent is responsible for
supplying shoes, tights, make-up, and other miscellaneous items required for
costume.
- Tuition
payments must be made promptly each month. Bookkeeping week is scheduled between the 1st and 7th
of each month. Students whose tuition is
in the office no later than the 7th will receive a tuition
discount. Tuition must be current to
receive the discount. No exceptions
- Tuition
payment must be current by December 7th for costumes to be
ordered. Only students whose tuition is
paid in full by May 7th will receive their costume (s). Students will not be permitted to perform in
the recital without a costume, so this is a crucial requirement.
- Any
student who discontinues lessons once a costume is ordered is responsible for
full payment of that costume. A percentage of the monthly tuition fee is
appropriated to costume expense, so the amount due will be determined on the
remaining months of lessons missed.
- A
twenty-dollar ($20.00) charge will be applied to an account for each returned
check. Each student is allowed a maximum
of two returned checks. If that occurs,
remaining tuition payments must be made in cash.

Recital Costumes:
- Recital costumes are part
of the tuition cost per class. We do our
best to provide your child with a beautiful costume for our recital. We put a lot of effort into making sure the
costume we order for your child is the best we can get.
- Group costumes are not custom made and not made to fit like
street clothes. They may not fit
perfectly when they arrive. There is a
range of sizes for each size we order from the costume company. Four specific measurements are taken in
December to fit your child the best we can. We find the size that closest matches those measurements. Many times the costume will be bigger than
expected due to one or more of the measurements. When the costume arrives in April, there is a
chance it may need alterations. Parents
are responsible for any alterations required; however, please reach out to us
and we would be happy to guide you in this process.
Studio Information/ Announcements
- Notices for scheduled
cancellations, teacher’s individual cancellations, production number
information, recital program information, competitions, and workshops will be

waiting. Please understand that the
person that has to stay extra time to wait for you need to be compensated for
their time. Staff members have other
commitments and it is not possible for them to stay. Please be courteous to the teacher’s
schedules.
Snow/Weather cancellations
- Classes
cancelled due to inclement weather or any other acts of God may be made up in
another class. It is the responsibility
of the student/parent to make arrangements for a makeup class with the teacher.
- Two
cancellations due to weather, power failures, teacher emergencies, etc. per
class per day have been accounted for in the yearly calendar and tuition
fees.
- If more than two cancellations occur per class per
day either a credit will be issued or the class will be rescheduled by the
teacher as a make-up.

answering machine by 1:00 pm as well as on the LCSDS website. It is the responsibility of the
